Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
- The product must have arrived damaged upon delivery.
- Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item as proof when requesting a return or refund.
If your request does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process a return or refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you have received a damaged product and need to request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Send an email to neomagbag@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
- Approval Process – Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days to confirm whether your return or refund has been approved.
- Return Instructions (if applicable) – If a return is required, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Refund Issuance – If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- No Exchanges – We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, you will be eligible for a refund or return only.
- Non-Returnable Items – If an item is not damaged upon arrival, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
- Shipping Fees – We do not cover shipping costs for returning items unless specified otherwise in the return approval email.
